NEW YEAR'S BEAR

The bear is yellow cake and the base is confetti cake (can be made any flavor) and iced with chocolate and hazelenut buttercream. The bear was decorated to resemble "fur" which makes him almost cuddly. He's wearing a party hat and holding a festive banner (which can be specially created for your occaision).
The base on which the bear rests is decorated with blue stars, multi-colored dragees (hard edible metallic candies) and 3 champagne bottle candles.
