LOVE TAKES FLIGHT
This cake was made with white cake and iced with rolled fondant. The swags
and doves decorating the bottom tier were painstakingly hand-sculpted
using edible rolled fondant and gum paste. The central white rose is also
gum paste. The top tier was decorated with buttercream swags, pearls,
realistic-looking fondant pearls, and topped with a pair of kissing lovebirds

DAISY BASKET
This particular cake is Orange (can be made any flavor), and torted using
orange flavored filling. It was iced with buttercream and decorated in
an intricate basketweave pattern. The trim includes dried buttercream
daisies in yellow, pink, and violet.
This cake is 2 tiers, but may be created with 3. It also looks lovely
placed on pillars over a running fountain.

LEJUANE
This particular cake was made with our delightful Strawberry cake swirled
with yellow, and was filled using buttercream. It is decorated with royal
purple flourishes and silver dragees to match the bride's theme colors.

KARYN
This octagonal shaped cake was made with French Vanilla cake and buttercream
with a hint of almond flavor. The cake is festooned with lovely idividual
wisteria blossoms and sits on a filigree garden cake stand which holds
4 taper candles (not shown).
